Privliege to Vote

Hurray for the privilege to vote. Today was my first time I had the privilege to participate in the election of the people who will be actively taking care of my country. While some of it (not the presidential candidate part) was confusing (measure and what there really trying to change) it is an opportunity well worth the momentary confusion. It is also the first time anyone from my Dad F's family to get to vote in American elections as they are all Australian citizens, except for my mum that is. For some reason I just thought that that made voting an extra special privilege for Amber and me. Even if things don't turn out the way I want them to I am still glad I was able to participate.
