Errr

So I had a list of things to do today between 11am and 1pm. Among them was not get stuck on campus because my key would not turn in the ignition. I should be able to turn my key in the ignition. It is not that hard. But no, I spent 35 minuets trying to start my car. The entire time I was thinking please don't let anyone I know see me like this. I felt like an idiot. I even prayed. Because I prayed I assume that the reason my car still wouldn't start was because of some very bad, no good and horrible car accident that I needed to avoid. Or maybe if I hadn't prayed I would still be sitting in the parking lot trying not to yell at my car.

Possum Magic

I think almost everyone has a few books they remember being read to them when they were younger. This is one of mine. The illustrations in it are beautiful. I need to remember to ask for it for Christmas or a birthday. Hopefully I will come across this post around that time so it can remind me.

Monotone

This is an oil painting that I did in class. It had to be in monotone. Can you tell it is so post to be a flower?

EFY 2009

I get to be an EFY counselor this summer!!! I have 3 sessions that I get to work. I am so Happy. My sessions are in Logan Utah, and they are stay at home sessions. The sessions are spaced though so I will be in Utah from about May 30th to July 11th. Yea because I love being in Utah. I also love youth. I think they are awesome with so much potential. I also love the gospel and want to help the youth see how much it can bless their lives. I am so excited for summer now.

Cards

I have been bored to tears lately. Way to much free time, so I made some cards. The pictures are a little fuzzy. Sorry.

Do you like my tree? I cut it out myself. For the leafs I used a hole puncher.

Hello Again.

Well in my 2 months of not blogging things have been a little busy. As for Christmas and New Years, they were great. Amber and my mom blogged about those though so I don't have to.
For those of you that didn't know I moved from Oregon to TX at Christmas. I miss Oregon but I know that I am so post to be here right now. So on the hard days when I want to be anywhere but TX I remind myself of that. How long will I be in TX? I have no idea. On the bright side I get to enjoy the company of my family.
While I wasn't planing on going to school this semester I am. Insurance is important and I can't be on my dads of I'm not attending school. My classes are oil painting, drawing and psychology. I like them. Drawing can be tedious because it is 3 hours straight and some of the mediums (that's what they call the different types of things you draw with. ex. color pencil, charcoal) are very annoying to use. In oils we have been doing monotones but were starting color in our next class. This is great because while you learn allot when doing monotones I was getting tired of blue and brown.
Well I have a class I need to head over to. I hope you are all well and that life treats you great.
